Centralities in Biological Networks

Starting CentiBiN

CentiBiN requires an installation of the Java runtime environment (JRE) revision 1.4 or 1.5 which is available from the www.java.com download page. If a Java runtime environment is installed on the system, then a single click on the start link below should start the Java system which transfers the required components to your computer and starts CentiBiN. The question about the unlimited access has to be answered with yes, as this is the only way to allow CentiBiN to read and write files on your computer.

Please note that CentiBiN needs a huge amount of memory for the analysis of networks. Therefore please choose the link which matches the amount of total memory available in your computer. If there is no exact match for your configuration available, then choose the one which uses lesser memory than available. For example if your computer has 380Mb of memory, then please use link for 256Mb.

Start CentiBiN (for 256Mb)
Start CentiBiN (for 512Mb)
Start CentiBiN (for 1024Mb)
